        MATERIALS AND FEATURES

        The colors and tones shown may vary depending on the monitor and do not represent a contract at the time of purchase. We recommend requesting a sample, which will be sent to your home once you reserve your sofa. As these are handmade products and depending on the exact measuring point, there may be a variation of +/- 1 to 5 centimeters per sofa. VITTELLO ONLINE is not responsible for errors made by the customer when selecting size, chaise longue side, upholstery or color, as VITTELLO ONLINE provides all information along with the most accurate possible visual representation.

        SHIPPING METHOD

        Delivery times vary depending on product, size and/or fabrics/leathers, but are between 50 and 60 working days. They depend on the shipping service chosen by the customer and whether the product and/or fabrics are in stock. If you would like more precise delivery information, please contact us. Delivery times begin the day after payment is received in our bank account and you receive order confirmation by email. All delivery times are in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). In case of a delay of more than 20 working days beyond the specified delivery date, the buyer may cancel the order and receive a refund. Failure to deliver will not be considered valid if the carrier cannot locate the buyer or due to force majeure. In case of returns: refunds will be processed within 50/60 working days from receipt of goods in our warehouse. Any return costs not attributable to VITTELLO 2012 S.L. will be borne by the customer. If your shipment shows damage due to transport, you must note it on the carrier’s delivery note. Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours of receipt. All claims must be addressed to VITTELLO 2012 S.L. within the indicated timeframe. Do not dispose of packaging until you have checked the product is in perfect condition. Before opening, verify that all items match your order (model, color, size, finish, etc.) and report any issues immediately.

        IMPORTANT NOTE: Clearance products in stock will be reserved for a maximum of 72 hours until order confirmation is completed with a minimum 35% payment of the total order.

        PAYMENT METHODS

        The payment methods available for orders placed in the VITTELLO Online Store: Choice of payment method. In this step, you may choose how you would like to pay for your purchase from the following payment methods:

        Bank transfer or bank deposit: Select this payment method if you wish to pay for your purchase via bank transfer or bank deposit. Order processing and delivery times will begin once our bank confirms receipt of the payment in our account.

        IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OR PAYMENT IN 3 INSTALLMENTS
         Pay for your purchase immediately by selecting Klarna as your payment method, or finance your purchase in 3 convenient installments.

        VITTELLO Interest-Free Financing

        We offer financing for up to 12 months with no interest. Fast and simple approval process at the time of purchase.

        WARRANTY AND RETURNS

        WARRANTY COVERAGE: VITTELLO guarantees that its products are free from material and manufacturing defects during the warranty period specified below (from purchase or delivery date) in the country of purchase. This limited warranty is restricted to replacement or repair of defective products or parts with identical or equivalent new items. It covers repair (parts and labor included) or replacement during the warranty period.

        This warranty does not affect consumer legal rights in case of non-conformity.

        If payment is made by bank transfer, it must be completed within 3 working days after order confirmation. If not received within 5 days, the order will be canceled.

        SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you are not satisfied, you will receive a 100% refund if returned within 7 days in perfect condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Custom-made products are excluded.

        VITTELLO PRODUCTS – WARRANTY PERIOD:

        Mechanical parts: 3 years. Electric motors: 3 years. Thick leather upholstery: 5 years (cracking and discoloration). Special leather upholstery: 5 years. Other fabrics: 3 years. Structure: 10 years. Suspension: 5 years. Fillings: 3 years.

        Consumable goods are covered depending on product characteristics.

        Vittello may extend or limit warranty periods according to applicable law.

        Customer support is available during warranty. After 2 years, repair or replacement applies, but no refunds.

        If damage affects only covers and not structure, replacement may involve slight color variation, not considered a defect.

        WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

        This warranty does not apply when:

        1. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, electrical issues, weather conditions or non-Vittello components. 2. Unauthorized repairs or modifications. 3. Use not compliant with Vittello documentation. 4. Defects not caused by materials or manufacturing. 5. Failure to follow procedures.

        LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

        Vittello’s liability is limited to repair or replacement, or price reduction where applicable. It is not responsible outside warranty coverage.

        Except for death or personal injury due to negligence, Vittello assumes no further liability.

        Vittello is not responsible for delays due to external causes such as strikes, force majeure or inability to contact the customer.
