        MATERIALS AND FEATURES

        The colors and shades shown may vary depending on the monitor on which they are viewed and do not constitute a contract at the time of purchase. We recommend requesting a sample, which will be sent to your home once you reserve your sofa. Due to manual manufacturing and depending on the exact measurement point of the items, there may be a variation of +/- 1 to 5 centimeters per sofa. VITTELLO ONLINE is not responsible for errors made by the customer when selecting a size, chaise longue side, upholstery or color, as VITTELLO ONLINE provides all the information as well as the most accurate possible visual representation.

        SHIPPING METHOD

        Delivery times vary depending on products, sizes and/or fabrics/leathers, although they range between 50 and 60 working days. It depends on the transport service chosen by the customer and whether the product and/or fabrics are in stock. If you wish to know more precise delivery times, please contact us. In all cases, delivery times begin the day after receipt in our bank account of the corresponding transfer/payment and after you receive order confirmation by email. All delivery times are expressed in working days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In case of delay of more than 20 working days, the buyer may cancel the order and receive a refund. Failure to deliver will not apply if the transport agency cannot locate the customer using the provided details or due to force majeure. In case of return: refunds will be processed within 50/60 working days after receipt of goods at our warehouse. Any return costs not attributable to VITTELLO 2012 S.L. will be borne by the customer. If your shipment arrives damaged, you must note the issue on the carrier’s delivery note. Claims after 24 hours will not be accepted. Always keep the packaging until you verify the product is in perfect condition. Check all items before opening any package (model, color, size, finish, etc.). Report any issue immediately.

        IMPORTANT NOTE: Clearance products in stock will be reserved for a maximum of 72 hours until confirmation with a minimum 35% payment.
