        Colors and tones may vary depending on your monitor and do not constitute a contractual representation. A sample will be sent to your home once you reserve your sofa. Due to manual manufacturing, measurements may vary by ±1 to 5 cm. VITTELLO ONLINE is not responsible for errors in selecting size, chaise orientation, upholstery, or color, as detailed information and accurate graphical representation are provided whenever possible.

        Shipping Method

        Delivery times vary depending on product, size, and fabric/leather, typically between 50 and 60 working days. Delivery depends on the transport service and stock availability. Delivery times start from the day after payment confirmation. Delays over 20 working days may entitle cancellation. Any issues must be reported immediately. Returns follow the same conditions. Liquidation stock items are reserved for 72 hours until at least 35% payment is received.

        WARRANTY COVERAGE: VITTELLO guarantees products free from manufacturing defects within the established warranty periods depending on component type (structure 10 years, mechanisms 3 years, etc.), including repair or replacement.

        SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: refund according to legal conditions if returned in perfect condition.

        EXCLUSIONS: misuse, unauthorized modifications, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

        LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: repair or replacement is VITTELLO’s sole obligation.
