        MATERIALS AND FEATURES

        The colors and tones shown may vary depending on the monitor and do not constitute a contract at the time of purchase. We recommend requesting a sample, which will be sent to your home once you reserve your sofa. As these products are handmade and depending on the exact measurement point, there may be a variation of +/- 1 to 5 centimeters per sofa. VITTELLO ONLINE is not responsible for errors made by the customer when selecting size, chaise longue side, upholstery, or color, as VITTELLO ONLINE provides all information along with the most accurate possible visual representation.

        SHIPPING METHOD

        Delivery times vary depending on product, size, and/or fabrics/leathers, but are between 50 and 60 working days. They depend on the shipping service chosen by the customer and whether the product and/or fabrics are in stock. If you would like more precise delivery information, please contact us. Delivery times begin the day after we receive payment in our bank account and you receive order confirmation by email. All delivery times are in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). In case of a delay of more than 20 working days beyond the specified delivery date, the buyer may cancel the order and receive a refund. Failure to deliver will not be considered valid if the carrier cannot locate the buyer using the provided information or due to force majeure. In case of returns: refunds will be processed within 50/60 working days from receipt of goods in our warehouse. Any return costs not attributable to VITTELLO 2012 S.L. will be borne by the customer. If your shipment arrives damaged due to transport, you must note the issue on the carrier’s delivery note. Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours of receipt. All claims must be addressed to VITTELLO 2012 S.L. within the indicated timeframe. Do not dispose of packaging until you have verified the product is in perfect condition. Before opening packages, check that all items match your order (model, color, size, finish, etc.), and report any issues immediately.

        IMPORTANT NOTE: Clearance products in stock will be reserved for a maximum of 72 hours until order confirmation is completed with a minimum 35% payment of the total order.

        PAYMENT METHODS

        The available payment methods for orders placed in the VITTELLO Online Store are as follows:

        Bank transfer or deposit: Select this payment method when paying by bank transfer or deposit. You must transfer the amount to our BBVA account ES9701824109010101507914 and send proof of payment by email to clientes@vittello.com or call 640 999 670, including your order ID. Order processing and delivery times will begin once payment is confirmed by the bank.

        All card transactions or financing are managed by Stripe, a global leader in online payment processing that allows secure credit and debit card payments.

        Your credit card data will be processed by Stripe.

        IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OR PAY IN 3 INSTALLMENTS

        WARRANTY AND RETURNS

        WARRANTY COVERAGE: VITTELLO guarantees that its products are free from material and manufacturing defects for the warranty period specified below (from the date of purchase or delivery). This limited warranty is restricted to replacement or repair of defective products or parts with identical or equivalent new items. It covers repair (parts and labor included) or replacement during the warranty period stated below.

        This commercial warranty does not affect the consumer’s legal rights in case of non-conformity.

        If payment is made by bank transfer, it must be completed within 3 working days from order confirmation. If payment is not received within 5 days, the order will be canceled.

        SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, in accordance with Law 47/2002 on distance selling, you will receive a 100% refund provided the return is made within 7 days of delivery and the item is returned in perfect condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Custom-made or personalized goods are excluded from this guarantee.

        VITTELLO PRODUCTS – WARRANTY PERIOD:

        Mechanical or moving parts: 3 years. Electric motors: 3 years. Thick leather upholstery: 5 years (cracking and discoloration). Special leather upholstery: 5 years (cracking and discoloration). Other fabrics: 3 years. Structure: 10 years. Suspension: 5 years. Fillings: 3 years.

        As consumable goods, warranty applies depending on product characteristics.

        Vittello may extend or limit warranty periods depending on applicable law and at its discretion.

        Customer support is provided during the warranty period. After 2 years, repairs or replacements may be offered but not refunds.

        If damage affects only covers and not structure, replacement may involve slight color variations, which are not considered defects.

        WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

        This warranty does not apply when:

        1. Damage is caused by accidents, misuse, external electrical issues, unusual voltage, climate conditions, or non-Vittello components. 2. Repairs or modifications are made by unauthorized persons. 3. Use does not comply with Vittello documentation. 4. The defect is not due to materials or manufacturing. 5. Procedures are not followed.

        LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

        Vittello’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement, or price reduction/refund where applicable. It is not liable for damages outside warranty coverage.

        Except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence, Vittello assumes no further contractual or civil liability.

        Vittello is not responsible for delays or failures due to external causes such as strikes, force majeure, or inability to contact the customer.
