MATERIALS AND FEATURES

The colors and shades shown may vary depending on the monitor and do not represent a contractual reference at the time of purchase. We recommend requesting a sample, which will be sent to your home after you reserve your sofa. As these are handmade products, depending on the exact measurement point, there may be a variation of +/- 1 to 5 centimeters per sofa. VITTELLO ONLINE is not responsible for customer errors when selecting size, chaise longue side, upholstery or color, as it provides all information and the closest possible graphical representation.

SHIPPING METHOD

Delivery times vary depending on product, size and/or fabrics/leathers, but are generally between 50 and 60 working days. This depends on the transport service chosen and whether the item is in stock. For more precise delivery times, please contact us. Delivery times begin from the day after payment is received in our bank account and order confirmation is sent by email. All delivery times are in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If delivery is delayed by more than 20 working days, the buyer may cancel the order and receive a refund. Delays due to inability to contact the customer or force majeure are not considered valid. Refunds for returns will be processed within 50–60 working days after receipt of goods. Return costs not attributable to VITTELLO 2012 S.L. are borne by the customer. Any transport damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported within 24 hours. Do not discard packaging until product condition is verified.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Clearance products in stock will be reserved for a maximum of 72 hours pending order confirmation with at least 35% payment.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

WARRANTY COVERAGE: VITTELLO guarantees that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the specified warranty period from purchase or delivery. This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts.

This warranty does not affect statutory consumer rights.

Bank transfer payments must be completed within 3 working days; otherwise, orders are cancelled after 5 days.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Full refund within 7 days if returned in perfect condition with original packaging. Return shipping is at customer expense. Custom or perishable goods are excluded.

WARRANTY PERIODS:

Mechanical parts: 3 years. Electric motors: 3 years. Thick leather: 5 years. Special leather: 5 years. Fabrics: 3 years. Frame: 10 years. Suspension: 5 years. Fillings: 3 years.

Consumables are covered according to their nature.

Warranty may be adjusted according to law or company discretion.

Repairs or replacements apply after warranty period depending on damage; no refunds.

Color variation in covers is not considered a defect.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

Not applicable in cases of misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or non-compliance with instructions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

VITTELLO is only responsible for repair or replacement. No further liability applies except in cases of personal injury due to negligence.

Delays caused by external factors are not the company’s responsibility.
